A Bit About Me

Hi, I'm Natalie Leduc, founder of Earth Journey by Nat. You've probably noticed I prefer to be called Nat. My first language is French and now fluent in English.

Why I became an Energy Healer and Hypnotherapist: It has always been my insight that healing comes from within each of us, if only we can pinpoint the root cause. Over the years, I have studied many modalities, and now I am helping people just like me, finding the root causes that hinder their growth and healing.

My healing journey stemmed from my belief system, imprinted by past events and inheritance. I didn't have a voice, or stand for my self-belief and a DNA line predisposed to anxiety, depression, self-abuse, and so many fears.

By finding the root cause, we can rescript, release, and reprogram our subconscious mind and toward our desired outcomes. We clear the path, like a spring cleaning, removing weeds for this new season of self-bloom.

I now allow myself to bloom and can help you achieve the same results of being free to become the person you love, without pain and full enjoyment of life; without limiting beliefs, only growth towards success and abundance.
